  2. What does 'his head shaved' got to do with anything? Typical California police investigations. They never take that extra step. All they want is an arrest. Now why would the judge deny further testing of the fabric. She's making assumptions instead of following the law. Another worthless California judge. He was found guilty. If new evidence or questions have come about anyone should be given the right to have new investigations started.
