  2. I had an original Capri. In the US, it was a Mercury Capri. Neat little car. Nice design. Piece of crap. Carburetor float used to stick, so every now and then I had to beat it with a hammer to stop it from racing. When I would up shift, the whole shift lever would pull out of the trans linkage. I had to pull over and wiggle it back in the hole so I could continue driving. Other that that, a really neat car. 😃😉
