I'll never forget, the conversation I heard, between an off duty cop and one of his friends. The cop said "I see a drug deal going down on the street, I look the other way. If I make an arrest, the drug dealer will be back on the street, while I'm still in the office filling out the paper work". We need more honest people like Mr. Fryer.
