@Fusseliko "In fact, Huawei is owned by our employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) that has been in place since the beginning. No one can own a share without working at Huawei, and as of 2018 there were 96,768 shareholding employees. Our founder, Ren Zhengfei, owns a 1.14% stake in the company." ~ https://www.huawei.com/en/facts/question-answer/who-owns-huawei
It's literally a coop, but a "private coop" to be precise. You've said "probably" so you weren't sure of it anyways. They've already mentioned several times of being a "coop." Anyways, profit sharing does fall under the worker coop category. Anyways, why the hell should janitors make the same decisions as programmers? It's common sense for things to be handled alone on a departmental level with different experts in each field. Also, there are nuances and things to be considered to be a on spectrum, everything is simply not just black and white. Huawei does lean more towards of being a "coop" than any other thing(s) else.
