Israel isn't going to attack Russia; they have a deep relationship with Russia, like the US and Israel too. However, Israel has had some odds with Russia in Syria (although Israel lobbied in the US for Russia to keep its bases in Syria) and Ukraine (Israel also treated Azov soldiers). I doubt that Russia would defend Iran as well (although Iran is doing more for Russia than what Russia is doing for Iran). The closest thing Russia may provide is some weapon/defense systems, and they'll try to be covert about it. It also needs to be kept in mind that 5+ million Israelis are Russian speakers from the Soviet Union and many Russian oligarchs (who are also a part of the Russian government) have connections to Israel. The decision lies in Russia's hand, but however, this would be to the detriment of Iran, as Russia would prioritize Israel over Iran.

@ButlerProspect Israel lobbied to keep Russia's bases in Syria (Russia and Israel definitely share a relationship with each other). There were multiple forces and reasons behind Syria's collapse, not just one.
