that is why most of the USSR and the Russian Empire were in the east - Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan. because it was moving west. the logic is crystal clear if you don't have logical thinking

look at the map of the USSR where Ukraine and the Baltic countries were. and look at Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, as well as Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. which is greater, compare and then decide what would be more profitable to return the Baltics or Uzbekistan

How it is compiled and what it includes you cannot answer. but if you look at the facts, in Russia 83% of people own housing, in the Netherlands 53%. every second person lives in rented housing.
