  3.  @Brightshne  Do they? It took them so long to start limiting access to the strait. In the event of an actual war im sure Turkey wouldn't even close the straits, they wouldn't want the city which surrounds the strait, to be bombed.

  4.  @allyvelly  Any Russian ship which has a Black Sea home base was allowed through. This means Russia's entire Black Sea Fleet was given unrestricted access to the strait. You know Turkey hasn't even sanctioned Russia at all
