  16. They are part of the nato alliance. If one day Germany wanted to leave nato they easily could and kick out all foreign troops, they choose not to. I do hope Iran will find its own footing in the world. Your government has been holding your country back for a very long time. Iran is such a historical country with so much unrealized potential.
