And hate to be a PITA. But logic dictates. GETTING. Axles suspension done along with brakes steering. Tackle. Then set up engine stand prior to see if engine needs machine. Work..?set up parts for winch and back plate but not install...looks fun😊😊😊

Matt break it into sub assy. And go from there..if you need parts like weatherstrips gauges. Seals. Engine parts make a list now and order now......get a huge white board or two write down breakdowns. And assy of parts leading to a running truck.....and get plastic crates to store dirty parts then take Digi pics of cable fluid and electrical wiring made available on a old laptop.....make buddy's with truck and auto supply for parts and an exploded views parts catalogs be helpful.....?..oh yeah. Work nites take wifey out to dinner a few times and do it right the first time......we used to do this in 70s. Stripping GM. VEGAS. And turning them into GTs with motors and interiors and suspensions dash in less than a month......GOOD. LUCK....
