  1. What an amazing and important person Dave is. Not only the shop looks clean, everything is in its place, and what about the floor. It looks so immaculate clean, you could put your food on it and eat it. Very nice and important gesture of Ray and Lauren to make Dave feel appreciated. Nothing better for any employee to feel that it's an important asset to the working place. Sometimes it isn't the value of the gift, it's the gesture itself. 👏
