  2. Business is to be taken as a matter of trust. If you feel uncomfortable, then it's their fault by not taking care of situation at hand properly. You feel cheated and so does the customer. Who knows, maybe after someone from the company sees this video and invites you to go to their plant and explain their reasoning.
