  1. Thank you Ray, Lauren and Omar for the guided tour. Who would guess it's such a cosy factory? Judging by the outside, I wouldn't. I honestly was expecting a big pavillion. Omar seems a very down to earth person, and showing concern from customers complaints, even more so. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see the manufacturing process, but the QC side is more important. Thank you to all involved in the process, and more importantly, a huge thank you for allowing the recording of this video. It was not only entertaining, but also very good at making us understand a little bit better how these parts work. Have yourself a good return home Ray and Lauren.
