  1. And , as is per usual, an American drink has loads of sugar added. It's no wonder how so many people are diabetic and/or overweight.

  2. True. Even natural juice has sugar in it, although in smaller quantities. I know this because I'm a diabetic myself. As long as one doesn't binge drink these , it should be ok.
