  1. As a Portuguese citizen, I agree. Our architecture can and is very unique. From the stone houses of Tras-os -Montes to the Monastery of Jeronimos there are very different styles. Also, when any old buildings are at risk of collapsing, either have to rebuild and keep the original facade or build a new building and copy the original front, using the same materials and techniques. Very cool way to preserve our own heritage.
