I have never heard of Peacekeeping forces providing training for part of the belligerent forces in a war zone, is that not bias and therefore outside the remit of Peacekeeping especially as British and other forces have already provided training in UK and in Ukraine to one side of the warring parties. This being consider biased and not impartial therefore ineligible to be considered peacekeepers but co-belligerents. I can just imagine Putin laughing his head off at the morons such as Macron and their empty statements. For the record i am British and OSCE registered, this has got about as much chance of success as a snowball in hell.

The Black Hand was a cover for German plots in the Balkans. Kaiser Wilhelm II was responsible for ww1, also he financed the Bolsheviks to cause revolution in Russia in order to draw Russian troops out of the war so he could send more Germans to the western front in 1917 (just around the time USA entered). The Russian civil war resulted and also the Brest-Litovsk treaty later. So Germany responsible for ww1 and Russian civil war and communism in Russia>USSR and on to ww2 as well. Once again in ww2 Serbia etc taken over and vast resources stolen and taken to Germany. later also Germany main player in plots to cause destruction and attacks on Jugoslavia leading to civil war and breakup. German chancellor Schroeder stated "I have at least achieved one aim, the destruction/dismantling of Jugoslavia"

Combat command tends to end at Lieutenant Colonel, senior officers command major organisations such as Brigades and Divisions if they are involved in combat. The staffing of any of the major units is vital for the efficient running of the system, and you have extra officers of the same rank as reserves in case the incumbent of the post is unavailable, ill or whatever, then there are officers on the Staff (which is partly why they have to pass staff college) who are moving up fulfilling roles in post. Same with the RN and RAF

I had a great uncle by marriage to an English aunt, who was a Serbian Royalist soldier in ww2 one of the Ravna Gora unit under General Draza Mihailovic, who rescued over 500 allied personnel in ww2. He fought nazis and communists in Jugoslavia and had to leave in 1945 coming to the UK where he worked for over 40 years without a stain on his record.
