In ww2 in the jungle campaign in Burma elephants were used to carry heavy loads for allied forces, one of them crossing a river was knocked over by the current and started to drown, a British soldier saw this and risked his own life to jump into the water, swam towards the flailing elephant and used his knife to cut the belly strap, thus releasing the load, the elephant swam to shore, soon after the soldier got to the bank, and walked towards the elephant, who winked at him, and reached out with its trunk, to gently touch him on the head. A bond of gratitude was formed there and then, later the soldier would bring the elephant fruit and small treats, and always the gentle touch of the trunk. As the campaign continued the elephant would warn him and his colleagues of danger and the presence of Japanese troops saving countless lives. Years later the soldier returned to Burma on a remembrance for fallen comrades and the elephant still remembered him. True elephants never forget, and especially remember kindness, gentleness and saving of life. We need to protect our brothers and sisters in the animal world before we lose our link to nature and our natural family heritage

We did not vote Boris in, the Conservative Party did, we do not get to vote for the PM. I have never since i started voting at 18 EVER been given a ballot paper for the PM's of the UK. The remainder of what you say i totally agree with. The so called GREEN agenda is a fallacy, anything we do as a nation, cutting our own throats economically and hampering our progress, development and advancement out of the current mess, will be negated in 1 week by the Chinese and other developing nations, in the meantime our nation grinds to a snails pace and the inevitable suffering of the people that follows. Adding thousands of illegals at enormous cost is also crippling and they have no value to this nation, we have enough talent that is unemployed here already to fill any roles we need and removal of those who are of no economical or other value to the UK , but who ARE a drain on the nation, should be a priority. The whole premise of reliance on electric cars is total BS, with our climactic variations, and the idea of Carbon Zero is a non starter. There is more Carbon produced to no value in the Parliament waffling on about BS parties, in the form of hot air and CARBON Dioxide , than necessary, get on with the job of reviving, and rebuilding this nation the way the people who belong here, the indigenous population of over 2000 years want, and not all this so called "woke" crap, cultural non-enrichment , and other nonsense. The people of the UK want their nation back in its entirety not some hot air bubble that is likely to burst under the strain and fail them once more. Get on with the job and do it right, because the wolves, the people of this nation are on your tails and we can see you all in your reality, we are not fooled anymore. That applies to all parties without exception. The world exists because Carbon Dioxide encourages plant growth, the real GREEN, not the BS we are fed.

@kth6736 Those nations benefitted from all the infrastructure we built like railways, roads, bridges, communications, airports, seaports, legal system, schools, universities, engineering, defence forces, a universal language that helped them communicate with hundreds of other places and peoples, libraries, modern medical care, just as examples. They had their freedom from the empire after ww2 and have done so for multiple decades. Their nations have grown based on those infrastructures, and all the money, multi billions, we have ploughed into their nations since 1945 to the detriment and loss to our own nation
