@spursgirl5 My father and uncles told me about that period, sounded horrendous and likely to happen again with the Net Zero bs to exacerbate it and escalate all the problems. Can you imagine the danger to women and schoolgirls with power cuts, no lights on the streets and roaming predators?

Those houses will not go to the young to get onto the stepladder for a home, we all know who will get priority Just as during the time when the west exacerbated the Jugoslav wars, and UK accepted people from Kossovo, of Albanian moslem origin, my neighbour at the time was on the Council House waiting list and had been for years, getting nearer the top, i think he had about 10 people before him, then Birmingham council removed 500 properties from the list to house the Albanians, dropping him back lower than he had been for years. In his early thirties he went back to College to be able to gain more skill and earn more money for a house, because OUR local government had basically crapped on the British people on that list. He is still working all the hours he can just to make ends meet and he and his family are once again stuck with his parents. Those Albanians actually had the temerity to refuse to go back to Kossovo after the conflict talk about abuse of the British and their hospitality. Labour are very good at destruction and bias against the indigenous population.
