Irregular NO NEVER, they are ILLEGAL, and facilitating illegal entry is a crime, so the gangs, the illegals and those who help them are all criminals, thus acting illegally. I am not a lawyer but even i can see ILLEGALITY in a crime. Irregular might apply to a terrorist force though as in military-speak irregulars are civilians not soldiers of a recognised national regular or reserve force.
