Start growing food in your gardens, in containers, mini greenhouses, any method and re learn , there are plenty of books available especially on self sufficiency, it is hard but valuable learning bt my uncle kept his family fed for over 35 years from 1 allotment and a garden, later just the garden and containers.

@Helmut Schmacker One answer to the msm is to stop buying their products, like newspapers, magazines, etc hit them in the pocket. Stop having a TV licence, switch off their bS and other methods.
