One way to reduce the cost is to stop letting those who have no right to "free" (actually paid for by NI and taxes) health care, from abusing the system, like all the illegals who cannot register with a GP who use A&E as a free clinic and often abuse our staff in the process. I know because i have worked there and it sickens and angers me. Now we have BJ and PP letting in thousands more at a cost which would have been better spent on helping our own people, of £4.7 million a day, and the inevitable costs to the NHS of the "free" care they are getting and will get, to the loss to our own. The radical overhaul is needed in our parliament, with the old and stale parties replaced by a modern system where we all work together to rebuild our nation and remove the rot, the corrupt, the criminal and the evil from our nation, with no party allegiances, but for Britain, our homeland which is being abused.
