I was wondering if the Police actually do have a quota system where they have to achieve so many arrests per month to remain in service or is it just a myth? If they are not dealing with real crimes, then bs stuff like this would be a tick in the box and a soft touch to fit their quota. Any former Police officers of recent years know?
