Let us hope that this is not a miscarriage of justice and someone else or others are actually to blame. As far as i am aware from my experience in the nhs it requires two nurses or a nurse and doctor to administer any medication especially via injection or intravenously or added to an IV bag and all of that is from a legal document the prescription sheet and both are required to sign it as administered. So where and who was the second person in each case. Even drawing up medication into syringes is covered by the two person protocol. There have been cases in the past where the wrong nurse was blamed.

@paulroberts7544 I also have my doubts, i have a feeling somewhere down the track there will be more coming out. There have been cases before where nurses were accused like this and later found to be innocent.

Most complaints about nhs staff involve foreign diverse staff

There is close supervision of juniors, and set procedures of clinical governance, also in the case of excess deaths there is a covid vaccine link, you will need a lot more evidence to push your case on that basis.

@TDKiller415 There were quite a few mothers jailed for killing their children based on flawed evidence from a so called expert, the mothers spent years in jail and were later found to be innocent. Nothing is ever as clear as it seems.

@chynnadoll3277 Yes it is true most cases involve foreign staff. This Letby case is exceptional.
