  2. More likely TU-142 variants, some with very sophisticated upgraded electronics. Russian naval exercises taking place would link with Russian maritime aircraft. This is no big deal it happens all the time, as long as they are in international air space and sea areas they are entitled to be there. The Russians are not dumb, they know exactly what they are doing, anyone who underestimates them is very foolish.

I am an OSCE member and it was reported by OSCE from 2014 of the atrocities carried out by Ukraine against ethnic Russian Ukrainian civilians for 8 years (aided by the west) before Russian forces entered having been requested by the people who were being butchered in Donbas etc for aid to stop the slaughter, as Ukraine built up its forces (aided by the west) to go in and ethnically cleanse those civilians. Russia did not start this war. How would you like it if your local area in one 4 hour period in the middle of July had 100 152 mm shells fired into it. Civilians being butchered by armed forces of Ukraine.   6. That pile of garbage is probably a TU-142 containing very sophisticated updated electronics, might even be one of the specialised communications models, the Russians have advanced a long way since the 1990s.
