Fishing line left on the beach is dangerous for wildlife and also people. A responsible fisherman or angler would never leave it. Animals die every day even cats and dogs can get tangled in it, i have even treated casualties with embedded hooks due to being snagged on a beach, be careful because there can be terrible bacteria on those hooks etc
