Hodges talks about the "de imperialisation" of the Russian Federation, what about the "de Federalisation" of the USA considering the damage the US mis-government and its puppets are causing, then what about "de Federalisation"of the moronic EU, how would they alllike that, and i should remind him forced regime change as happened in Kiev is ILLEGAL under International law. How would they all like it if Russia had called for those "de-" actions against their Imperialism. I am reminded of the cause of the 1963 missile crisis.....the USA putting missiles in Turkey casing the USSR to react in a way any common sense would tell them to do.
