  3. Simple answer for all of the EU countries to increase defence spending and reduce the welfare bills...get rid of the freeloading illegals and deport them all. The same applies here in the UK.

There is a legal treaty including all the nations surrounding the Black Sea that gives governance on a rotational basis over the waters etc and it does NOT include any western powers, who would slighting all of those nations in waters that are NOT under western jurisdiction, i suggest that would lead to a major political problem for the west.
