Rewarding people for having more children to add to the indigenous stock of a nation is building a strength in the community, to maintain its survival, it is not racist to rebuild your heritage homeland with children from its original bloodlines. However it is racist against the original bloodline indigenous people if you positively discriminate in favour of non-indigenous immigrants to the detriment of indigenous people.

  2. "Diversity is a strength" is marxist bullsh*t, the proof is found in a chain. A chain is made of forged steel links of equal strength, equal composition steel, equal shape, and a consistent metal working process, that produces identical copies of the original link. Any major difference in any of those links is a weakness, to add even more differences is an even bigger weakness. leading to the failure of the chain. Diversity is no strength but a series of potential failures leading to disaster.
