  2. Old saying "For the tree of liberty to flourish, it needs to be periodically nourished with the blood of tyrants" I have no idea which country it comes from. It does make one look back at history and wonder when you consider how many tyrants there have been and their inevitable ends, for instance Ceaucescu of Romania, Saddam Hussein, etc
