  2. well to be fair the original SA80 bayonets were crap and broke all the time, not to mention the metal tube handles could burn your hands after firing or in the intense cold of Norway. I always carried a Mora knife lol

  6.  @PETER-c4n  You are very mistaken. I happen to be OSCE registered and know full well there are nazis in Ukraine's regime and forces. So does more than half of the world. They are Banderites, people who glorify a naatcee butcher of ww2 called Stepan Bandera as a hero. Zelenski himself glorifed a Waffen SS veteran openly in the Canadian parliament. The Waffen SS was judged at Nuremburg as a criminal organisation because of its war crimes, and outlawed. Some of those war crimes involved the murder of British POW's at Les Paradis, and Wormhoudt in 1940, not to mention thousands of civilians and French troops, and American and Canadian troops too. You need to do some real research and face the truth. The Russians are fighting the effing nahtcees, just like my great uncles and relatives in ww2, one as a Royal Marine Commando on D-Day, another as a Sergeant in two Scots regiments from before Dunkirk, through North Africa, Sicily, Italy, Austria into Germany. He saw what the Waffen SS did, he even killed a few of them in combat. I do not listen to Mr S, i do my own research, and being military trained, RAF and Army, i know exactly what to look for. You need to stop reading western propaganda. Truth matters.

  9. It might be of small interest but one of the finest soldiers in the British Army was a non practicing gay. His name, Michael Calvert, look him up on google. First of all he was one of the men who formed the undercover army called the Auxiliaries in case Germany invaded, then he led the Jungle school which helped train the British and Australian commandos in the far east. He carried out some very dangerous operations against the Japs. He led the Chindits after Wingate was killed, formed the Malayan Scouts which became 22 SAS, trained and led them in Malaya, sent home suffering from years in the jungle and betrayed in Germany when a Brigadier. However the modern lot with all the wokery and DEI do not inspire much confidence
