There was no need to fear Putin, he tried to avoid this for 20 years and even through 2 Minsk peace agreements being betrayed, then after 8 years of the people of eastern Ukraine he actually went to their aid when asked. That is documented by OSCE and other agencies. As for the bs of Russia invading Europe it is exactly that total BS. The aggression and escalation has been from the west and Z-nut who wanted NATO to nuke Russia, imagine where that would have gone, we would all be dead.
