  7. Zelensky encouraged and ordered civilians to take up arms, making them combatants, so logically there would be civilian casualties, it is a no brainer. I have no doubt also that Ukraine has shot some of its own who turned away from fighting, satellite images prove nothing, evidence has to come from ground level.
