@Deathadder90 How can it be an empire without a statutory Emperor, when the British Empire ended the King ceased to be the Emperor too. There is also a difference between Annexation and calling a Referendum by the people of those regions to ask where and by whom they want to be governed. As the Ukraine regimes were murdering them daily they chose Russia because they are Russian ethnic and want to live not be slaughtered as they had been since 2014. As a registered OSCE member from 2013 i have seen the whole thing.
