If we want our homeland back we have to build a steel spine on which all the areas can come together to rebuild the body that is the UK, to be hard steel and never bend or break. It has to be a united front en mass or it will fail. That is just my observation on what many people have said in conversations i have had in recent months. Time for the people in Westminster to know we have had enough and that it is OUR nation and we are not the puppets they think we are, it is a fight for survival and one we have to win for our children and families, and the future. That was the first time a TA or Territorial Army unit was used to form a Corps, in which the Regular Regiment formed in 1952 was 22nd Special Air Service Regiment from the Malayan Scouts. Without the experiences in Malaya, Borneo, Radfan, Aden, etc we would not have the finest special forces in the world, 22 SAS and their Reserve components 21 and 23.

If the people of the UK want a better nation then they have to fight for it in every way possible. One start is to rebuild your community cohesion, unite and work together with like minded people who love the UK, create a resistance just like the internal resisters who fought the nazis in ww2, build community watch defence groups to crush crime, call out and name and shame the criminals, make sure the Police do their job, in your areas, stand united against everything that damages your communities and make sure your voice is heard. If we want our homeland back we have to build a steel spine on which all the areas can come together to rebuild the body that is the UK, to be hard steel and never bend or break. It has to be a united front en mass or it will fail. That is just my observation on what many people have said in conversations i have had in recent months. Time for the people in Westminster to know we have had enough and that it is OUR nation and we are not the puppets they think we are, it is a fight for survival and one we have to win for our children and families, and the future. Unite, fight, reclaim, rebuild, survive and win no matter what. We have no other choice. Care giving is NOT simple, communication is vital, and as  most care involves medical interventions including giving medication, some of which are intimate, including putting a pessary up someone's rectum (for Haemorrhoids for instance), then communication in a language they understand, is necessary. Other forms of communication such as pointee-talkee  pictograps with simple wording have their place in some circumstances, as do using other languages with interpretation. I have used every method to communicate with patients/clients over more than 20 years of medical work, within the  NHS in every one of the four nations making up the UK, and in all four the prominent language for communication is English, a legal requirement for anyone working  in any capacity in care in the UK. As this video refers to UK care sectors, the use of English is vital. I have never encountered any "warped" rigidity or limitation in the minds of anyone I ever worked with, on the contrary by necessity it requires innovative flexible minds working within acceptable and evolving standards of practice.

The reason why people local to me cannot get an appointment is because there are so many ethnic "minority" patients and eastern European patients and their families "blocking" any chance of elderly (who paid for the service for over 60 years ) getting the chance of even getting an appointment even on the phone,. Three years ago to be seen by a Doc you had to predict a week in advance if you were going to be ill in  7 days time, a virtual impossibility. Then and now if you have to go to A and E there is the same problem added to by illegals being seen because they cannot register with a GP, who block the A and E and create massive waiting times which are too much for elderly injured or sick people to endure. My sister is a casualty nurse and sees it every day.  There should be two casualty departments at hospitals one for the people who have lived here all their lives and paid for the service and a separate one for those who have not, and triaging in both for different urgencies for care. There should also be Ambulance waiting rooms which also Triage to free ambulances to get on with their duties. The NHS and especially the RCN cut the vital blood of the NHS years ago by stabbing Enrolled Nurses in the back and losing  thousands of good nurses to the profession, we could use that level of practical experienced nurses today to alleviate this madness. My aunt was a 20 year professional SEN who lost her profession and could have worked for another 30 years in nursing, it broke her heart.

I would be intrigued if any medical professional can provide me with evidence to the contrary. I have catheterised males and females and there is a distinctly different technique due to the structure of the Urethra, the length of it, and the presence of the Prostate which has for the sake of simplicity small pockets into which the tip of the catheter can get stuck requiring far more dexterity than with a female.
