  1. The Church of England should be lead by an ethnic, long English heritage, anglo-saxon (Anglican church) person. I was christened into the Anglican Church and cannot understand how anyone who does not conform to those origins could ever represent me or the traditions, history and standards of the Anglican Church of England. To minister to a flock with empathy, understanding is it not logical to come from a similar background so that you speak the same language in every aspect and on every plane.
