  1. What is more annoying and threatening is the year round use of fireworks by ethnic groups with enormous bangs which terrify animals and human beings alike. In a time of raised terrorist risk why the hell do we allow the uncontrolled sale of items containing gunpowder which can be used as an initiator for other explosives or even as a main charge. The safety, security and defence of the UK and its people are under constant threat from invaders of unknown origin, without giving them and their ilk access to explosives on a daily basis. It is time it was strictly controlled.
