@KemetledAfrica That means very little, many so called homicide cases turn out to be manslaughter, self-defence, justified use of force, and released with no charge. Having been run over by a car and left to die in the road, i know what it is to fear being run over again, a criminal escaping justice often in a rage to escape will often do anything. Let us see what the investigations and evidence shows before pre-judging.

@KemetledAfrica I am not pre judging anyone I stated nothing of the kind. Investigations and evidence and legal decisions will be made by the appropriate legal authorities and dealt with according to their remit. Judging has nothing to do with me but i do not jump to conclusions, it is not murder or any other category until the legal decisions are made. That is fact. That is procedure. That is law in the UK.
