Russia also plans a large canal from southern Russian regions in co-operation with other nations to give access directly to the open sea which would benefit all those regions. He also plans to re-hydrate one of the inner seas which has dried out and which i believe is already underway to benefit the fishermen and lands bordering that sea. There are also plans to build a canal to link the Black Sea to other smaller seas and aid the local transportation. While UK EU and USA stagnated Russia was looking far into the future with innovation and wisdom.
