@qqqwark Serbia was defending itself against a long campaign of terrorism by the KLA.UCK and other entities with external sponsors such as Germany, USA and others. German politician stated "I have at least achieved one ambition, the disintegration of Jugoslavia" something they wanted from the Kaiser's time via Hitler, Mussolini and others. By the way the UCK leader Thaci is under threat of being prosecuted by the ICC for war crimes including organ harvesting.

@davidsoulsby1102 Cluster bombs were illegal to use against civilians, they were meant for light armour and infantry, to sow a field as a killing field, they WERE used against civilians illegally.

@joelc9439 The Serbs were our allies in two wars, in ww2 one small group at Ravna Gora mountain saved over 500 allied personnel and got them out safely at great cost to themselves and the local people. The CIA/USA broke UN embargoes/rules NOT to supply weapons or train moslems, but they recruited them from all over and equipped them with weapons to slaughter Christians defending themselves, the CIA was therefore guilty of making the situation far worse and setting the seeds for the islamic terrorism we see today threatening Europe and the world including the USA. From ww2 many Serbs who fought communism, fascism, nazism lost their country, many others were slaughtered en mass by communists. Those allies of ours who escaped came to UK, USA, Australia and were welcomed, then worked hard and built stronger and better lives, greatly benefitting those countries. They never caused any trouble in their new homes. I knew one, a former Royalist soldier, who died when he was 79 having worked from 1948 to 2004 in heavy industry never taking a day off sick, and at the same time working an allotment of land to grow wonderful fruit and vegetables for his family and people who needed help. Many, others of the same background did the same. The Serbs are some of the most generous, hospitable and kind people, today and in ww2 when they threw what little food, bread and water they had to allied soldiers captured in Greece and Crete, as the POW trains assed through Serbia en route for Germany. The British always respected, honoured and loved the Serbs for their help in ww1 and ww2. Thousands of them died helping the allies.

@TBarton7849 I have no doubt when all the propaganda and BS is past you will find that Russia also tries to minimise casualties amongst civilians it considers it's brothers, Zelensky on the other hand gives out weapons to civilians who would become victims , remove the weapons and they become "innocent" victims for propaganda purposes. It is an old and over used trick, well practiced in Syria by such as White Helmets CIA and others.

Cluster bombs come in different forms, there are those that look like small yellow toys which have killed and maimed many children, originally intended for light armour and infantry. NATO did in fact drop cluster bombs on a town in Serbia, possibly Leskovac, onto a gathering of people at a market, killing an elderly couple out shopping and wounding many others. I believe the USAF was responsible. NATO also left deleted Uranium dust everywhere and contaminated land and water too.
