  2.  @humanbeing4841  Trusted the USA which was allowing the IRA etc to collect funds in New York etc to buy weapons and explosives to kill our people and people in Ireland North and South. My father explained it all to me about life in the 1970's.

  3.  @spinningpig2347  Dividing into smaller states and influencing, dominating, controlling by financial or other means. Like the dissolving of the state of Jugoslavia into smaller components making them easier to control. Chopping the Balkans into minor states rather than a federal union.
