  1. in the old days before the europeans landed in Canada and the USA, what did First Nations use for making flour? Serious question i have thought of before and have never been able to find a written definite answer, just theories. I am in the UK and the way things are going here politically we might have to start using First Nation food ideas and much more self-sustainment just to survive.
