  1. Oppression and Repression is evil no matter where it comes from, the world rejected nazism and communism, we do not need it here in the UK, when so many died to defend against it. Two of the finest people i ever met were a former SAS Squadron Sergeant Major who was taken POW by the Koreans/Chinese communists after the battle of Imjin, the Glorious Gloucestershire Regiment and suffered two years of torture from wounds. The other was a US Special Forces officer who was POW and torture victim of the Viet Cong/NVA for 5 years and one of the very few to escape. What they taught me from their words was NEVER surrender to repression, oppression, torture, threats, bribery and psychological warfare of any kind from anyone. Too much of that is prevalent in our modern world.
