  1. It is a submarine launched submersible surface to air drone, used for intelligence gathering, surveillance and targeting, and post strike evaluation. They are released by the submarine, float to the surface and deploy their flight systems, take off, are guided, and tracked, carry out their assigned tasks and return to sea where they are tracked and recovered by a small remotely piloted submersible recovery vehicle, and taken back to the mother submarine. Bear in mind the smaller sub then docks with and is recovered by mother ship, which then proceeds on its next assignment. This is a design based on the ww1 concept of having aircraft carrying submarines, which was limited by the then available technology. I am not at liberty to name the country of origin.
