  2. According to British news the hacking is done by criminal gangs not the Russian government. There are many reasons why the gangs would want to get Putin blamed because he is hard on criminals and he threatens their thievery and drug operations amongst other crimes. Because something originates in Russia does not mean it is Putin's government that is guilty. According to some corrupt Democrats their was collusion by Trump with Russia yet it was proven to be untrue. Saying Russia attacked Ukraine is also untrue, it was Ukraine that attacked it's own government in a coup instigated by Nuland and others, replaced the President with a criminal (guilty of war crimes too) and then used military weapons against unarmed civilians killing many thousands, in Eastern Ukraine. It is not always Russia that is the bogeyman and we do not need another Cold War or a Hot one either
