  1.  @jt5765  SAS Regiment IS part of the British Army it is a Corps of three Regiments 21 which founded the Corps in about 1947, 22 which became the Regular Regiment and 23 which grew out of MI9 into a TA then Reserve Regiment. They are a fully fledged Regimental family within the British Army.
