@ApriliaRacer14 Russia has genuine concerns for its safety and security in the future, including rogue elements using nuclear or other dirty bombs on drones etc like the two fired recently by Ukraine, one of which was supposed to hit Russians but which went rogue and flew over Hungary, Romania and crashed in Croatia carrying explosives. imagine if it had been nuclear and ended up in Poland. One of the reasons why Putin captured three nuclear complexes out of five, to remove any chance that the Ukraine could use nuclear material against Russians which would inevitably have consequences for other areas of Europe. A drone is a tactical missile, the Big Five nuclear nations signed a treaty of non proliferation of tactical nuclear missiles in January 2022 and that includes Russia. The TU-141 drones are only operated by Ukraine. An old military saying "Attack is often the best method of Defence" might just be appropriate, with Russia removing at least some threats,

@Imaxxd22 Not to mention coup created by Biden and Nuland in 2014 and Poroshenko and Zelensky both committing war crimes against Russian ethnic citizens of Ukraine since then.

@Imaxxd22 I have been aware for a long time thanks to OSCE reports, much research and actual military service in UK, bless you too, stay safe and wise.

@Imaxxd22 On one July day, in one incident over about 4 hours, 100 x 152mm artillery shells were fired into Donbas, that was just one small section from a OSCE report. I have seen many similar. The west knew of these years ago and said very little, our governments are well aware but choose to hide the facts from the people or to let the truth become more well known, so that people can make a balanced viewpoint.

@Bleideris0 As far as i recall India is not a threat to Europe. The current potential for escalation or a false flag centres around the Ukraine, the actual deployment of TU-141 drones, (only operated by Ukraine)one of which hit Zagreb, in Croatia, carrying explosives, thus technically a tactical missile, is an actual threat to Europe. I would have thought it was obvious why it was concerning, i live in Europe. I am concerned about ANY nation that potentially poses a threat to Europe. I also think that the USA under Biden is a threat to Europe, and the world in general, his competency is very suspect, his mental capacity highly suspect, as for his honesty that is absent. As for Russia, i have often stated that Putin never had any intention of invading western europe, having not got the resources, the manpower to hold europe, the desire to do so, or the desire to re create the USSR. He did NOT advance on Europe, or NATO, they advanced on him and Russia's security and safety were threatened, just as in the 1963 missile crisis. His concerns about safety and security were not addressed diplomatically as they should have been, and dealt with respectfully. Thus my concerns are about the whole of the situation. However, i do not trust the Ukranian government, or its nazi elements, or its track record, or its current leader or the rogue elements behind him. I do not even trust my own government or parliament in the UK, or their truthfulness regarding our own safety and security.

@eedragonr6293 Can you clarify what you mean. Missiles and Drones do fly over, yes and can go wrong and end up in the wrong place, if they had a "dirty" nuclear bomb the devastation is unthinkable.

@Bleideris0 They may not have any nukes of the traditional type but they do have the capability to make them using the old soviet missile technology and any later tech they possess, and you can also load explosives and basic nuclear materials onto a drone, which since they have launched at least 3 TU-141 Strizh drones, one of which ended up in Zagreb, the potential is still there. Russia has already started it's operations and captured at least 3 nuclear complexes, so i am sure it also occurred to the Russians that it could happen. Any government that sends teenagers into battle with 3 days training is degenerate and corrupt, and in desperation rogue elements could resort to a dirty bomb i am not so naiive as to think they definitely would not.

I think Putin is more concerned with the safety and security of Russia in the future, as NATO, EU and USA vested interests move ever eastwards to his border, and who did not give due respect to his concerns and to his desire to negotiate. He and Lavrov both said as much. 2. I do not think Putin wants to re-create an Empire but does want to ensure the survival of Russia, and consolidate its strategic, financial and defence integrity, for the future. 3. The integrity and honesty of the Ukraine government is in doubt, considering what Zelensky is really doing and not the propaganda or stage managed appeals appear to show. Not to mention its irresponsible Drone operations. 4. The threat of nuclear war has arisen because USA, EU and NATO are escalating the conflict by adding more fuel to the fire, added to the eastward advance, and Russia has stated "you are putting missiles on my front porch" he is doing nothing more than the USSR did in 1963 by putting missiles in Cuba on the doorstep of the USA AFTER they put missiles in Turkey. Putin is on record saying they will NOT strike first. 5 I doubt very much he ever intended or intends the total destruction of Ukraine 6 As for supporting Putin, i don't but i can consider his point of view, i don't support Hitlerian ideas either, my grandfather fought communists and nazis in ww2 Jugoslavia with the British special forces, early on in my own military service as an 18 year old i stood ready to defend my nation against any enemies, and still do. Ukraine has nazis in its armed forces and i would never consider aiding them either. Your comparison in my case is further from the truth than you can imagine. 7 I was always taught by my instructors and lecturers, to put myself in the place of and from the point of view of a potential or actual enemy, and that is what i am doing. As one staff Colonel once told me "to prevent or defeat an enemy you must become your enemy"

@archardor3392 Not an excuse. But it is one of the potential threats a leader and his security/ defence forces have to consider.
