  3. sugar and salt are preservatives especially when it comes to preserves, conserves, jams etc and the reduction in them causes those items to go mouldy quicker thus wasting thousands of jars of valuable foods, especially the benefits of preserved fruits. It should be remembered that sugar is also glucose which is vital for brain functioning which the body cannot do without. Salt preserves meats and fish, it is also a necessary component of human physiology. Too much i agree is unhealthy BUT not everyone has too much they are intelligent enough to make a balanced decision. As for cheese it is a very healthy food with valuable components within it, research will show why. Bread, cheese, onion, sausage, and a little wine. C'est tres bon. As for these idiots who think they can dictate what we eat etc i say this every traitor says😁 CHEESE when they are hanged for treason. Stop playing GOD you are NOT and never will be.😁😁😁😁😁
