@michaelcorbidge7914 I am sure many of the world's millionaires and billionaires not connected to Russia have also done so, i know that the UK has politicians who have nice tax haven nest eggs, as often reported here. Money makes money whichever way it can i guess, George Soros is one who uses it for less than honourable purposes, Tony Bliar is another disreputable character.
