Bear in mind that the people of Donetsk and Lugansk have been shelled like this by Ukraine's government since 2014, Poroshenko and Zelensky, by using military weapons against civilian ethnic Russian citizens of Ukraine, have committed war crimes. It is illegal under International laws, the laws of war, the Geneva and Hague conventions, and even Ukraine's laws to use military weapons against civilians. One OSCE report during one July day states officially that 100 x 152 mm artillery shells were fired into Donetsk in about 4 hours. OSCE reports are official reports of monitors on the ground, documented and detailed fact, not propaganda
