@andrewkrolikiewicz6522 Russia has been dealing with the winters before and since they kicked ass against the Teutonic Knights. US ECWCS is not bad but has some issues. Russia has benefited over the years by making their kit much better and their rations are superb i purchased and ate some, they are very comprehensive and high energy for the cold, which means warmth.

British troops suffered the same including trench foot in the Falklands campaign partially due to rubbish boots, which the Royal Marines did not as they had better boots. This led to a search for far better boots which i am told still has not been fully achieved. I was told that the medics and medical teams on land and at sea worked tirelessly to save the feet of anyone who suffered from these conditions. On the point about British failures over the whole range of problems which plague us in the UK, weakness is definitely too kind a word for our dross of a parliament. The UK should never have backed the corrupt, nazi riddled regime at all, as for defence of the UK they have totally failed and even added to the dangers.
