  19.  @captainwho1  then cops shouldn’t expect the public to help them out with tips. I was threatened with arrest if I didn’t testify against someone that I felt uncomfortable testifying against. They put me in a position where if I didn’t help I can be charged. Funny how that works. And this was just a crime for drugs, I sold a vehicle that someone bought with drug money. But this is multiple kids being shot one by one and they can’t be held legally responsible.

  24.  @-SimonRiley  I get what your saying but for some the punishment don’t fit the crime, so many non violent offenders have too many years of prison to do. Sometimes prison isn’t always the answer, there may be other ways to tackles certain crimes and figure out how to better rehabilitate people instead of just punish. After all these people eventually get out and will be in society next to you and me and our family members and so on. It’s all about winning a case for prosecutors no matter what it is and they don’t like to negotiate. America needs to find a way to tackle issues kinda like the way Europe does things. Don’t get me wrong, certain people deserve the worst!!! But a lot of people could benefit from something else

  42.  @-SimonRiley  there are plenty of cases where someone does a crime and dosent get caught, it can take years to even be brought up on some charges once they gather enough evidence or whatever. This person may have started a family and have become a family man and changes his ways, but that charge comes back and they now get a court date and face prison. The family is the innocent ones. The young kids now grow up watching mommy struggle on her own and the kids develop issues from daddy leaving. It’s horrible. I wish the prosecutors would put the kids first over the offender, depending what it is of course.

I’m all for gun ownership and I do have a gun but I will say at some point something has to be done, people are proving more and more that they are not responsible enough to own certain guns without abusing the privledge. Something has to change!!! These mass shooting are not stopping so at some point people have to step in and do something to help stop it.
